Susannah Randall
DIRECTOR
A certified coach and communications specialist, Susannah supports groups and teams to collaborate more effectively, and enables individuals to boost their influence, impact and motivation at work.
She particularly enjoys working with boards, team leaders and communications professionals to develop more focused, collaborative approaches to bringing about change, and highly effective personal influencing strategies.
She combines a diploma in coaching with board-level experience leading large communications teams for the Wellcome Trust and the National Patient Safety Agency and over ten years as a charity trustee. She is a regular contributor to management development programmes, and an author of practical guides on communicating improvement, promoting research and influencing through networks.
Selina Fox
DIRECTOR
Selina specialises in working with communications and leadership teams to help them find new direction, motivation and focus.
Through training, facilitation and consultancy she enjoys creating approaches that transform ways of working. She combines a rigorous and inclusive approach with real world experience to ensure clients get relevant and applicable outputs.
In house, she held senior comms positions in the arts, heritage and international development sectors, as well as building a new division at an award-winning PR agency. At RandallFox, she has worked with a range of clients including those in health, international development, environmental, academic and research sectors. She has written and delivered training programmes, guides and online toolkits to help spread uptake of good strategic approaches.
