a.      To provide services to you, for example training or executive coaching

b.      To notify you about changes to our service or terms

c.      To manage contracts and accounts with us

We do not share your data with third parties unless we receive your prior consent, unless we have a legal right to disclose or use your information e.g an investigation by a public authority or in a legal dispute.

How long do we keep your data?

We won’t keep it for longer than necessary. This is different for different types of data but will not exceed six years. Your data is password-protected, and stored on devices accessed only by the data controller.

•       the purposes of complying with our duties and exercising our rights under a contract

•       complying with our legal obligations

In general, we only rely on consent as a legal basis for processing in relation to sending direct marketing communications to customers via email or text message.
