Selina Fox, Director

Selina FoxSelina has 20 years' experience in building communications teams and helping them find new direction, motivation and focus.

She has held senior in-house communications posts in the arts and international development sectors, and also at a leading PR agency. Selina led some of the first public awareness campaigns around Corporate Social Responsibility, work/life balance, age discrimination at work, and access to treatment for people living with HIV and other socio-economic issues.

As a consultant, Selina has worked with a range of clients in international development, arts and heritage and academia helping to build strong teams, strategies that deliver tangible results and stronger brands.

Susannah Randall, Director

Susannah RandallSusannah has specialised in resolving complex communication issues in the health, science, social care and international development sectors.

She has board-level experience running large communications teams for the Wellcome Trust and the National Patient Safety Agency, overseeing organisational change, communications strategy and the publication of high profile reports. She has also run a number of successful campaigns in both the public and voluntary sectors, receiving two Chartered Institute of PR excellence awards for a campaign with junior doctors.

As a consultant, Susannah has advised government, think tanks, NHS bodies and charities how to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences, and to achieve results on a tight budget.

Catherine Raynor, Specialist Associate – Consumer and New Media

Catherine RaynorCatherine has a 14 year' track record in creating and driving creative projects and media campaigns to successful completion – most recently as Head of Media for VSO.  She has the rare ability to handle both complex, sensitive issues and also to root out the topical or quirky feature angles that all media love. Her work with digital and social media is innovative and impactful, and always rooted in delivering clients' objectives. 

She is an enthusiastic networker with extensive contacts across a range of consumer and trade print, broadcast and online media. And for the times when you want to be kept out of the media she is one of our advisers on crisis management, planning and coaching/support for spokespeople.

Ali Percy, Specialist Associate – Audience Research

Ali PercyThe last 12 years have found Ali moderating groups and interviews with a range of audiences, from women with health problems, to high court judges and benefit defrauders.

Ali believes in the power of qualitative research to better understand public attitudes, shape communications strategies and inform public policy, and she has conducted major studies for The Electoral Commission, The Countryside Agency (now Natural England), the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and The Churches Conservation Trust.

Colin Goodhew, Specialist Associate – Designer

Colin GoodhewColin started his career at The Partners, the UK's leading creative design agency. He then moved to Sampson Tyrell (now Brand Union and one of the country's most commercial agencies) before becoming Creative Director at DIA.

In 2003 he set up Lucid Design. Over the years, he has won numerous awards, both in the corporate and public sectors, the most prestigious of which is the DBA Grand Prix for a nation-wide campaign he designed and produced for the NHS. As a member of D&AD he has had several silver nominations and many inclusions in the D&AD annual.

Bob Eggington, Specialist Associate – E-communications

Bob EggintonBob Eggington is an experienced journalist and technologist, who works in the space where content and technology overlap. He specialises in helping clients produce top class editorial content, presented to the highest degree of professionalism.

Bob has launched some world-beating Web sites, including: BBC News Online, TV Genius, The Food Standards Agency 

Lucy Conlan, Specialist Associate – Digital marketing and new media

Bob EggintonLucy gained stellar experience working in-house with key charitable and cultural organisations including Help the Aged and the Barbican Centre. As a freelance consultant her specialist knowledge of direct and digital marketing, membership and loyalty schemes has helped to transform the fortunes of organisations such as the Landmark Trust and the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.

Lucy has a passion for planning and executing campaigns and she has developed a reputation for delivering a robust and sustainable return on investment. Projects undertaken include digital campaign planning, audits of email and membership programmes and creative development of direct mail fundraising appeals. Her ability to forge strong links between communications and fundraising disciplines make her skills particularly relevant to charities at this time.
