Susannah Randall and Selina Fox formed RandallFox in 2008. Our motivation was simple: we wanted to work on challenging, stimulating projects, but had no appetite to build a PR empire.

So we created a new business model; a collective of trusted freelance associates, each with their own specialist communications skill or area, coming together to work under the RandallFox brand.

Our approach means that we develop close working relationships with clients; there are no junior staff at RandallFox, the people who pitch for your project work on your project. It also means that your budget buys a group of highly experienced professionals who, if charged at commercial agency rates, would be beyond the means of many of our third sector clients.

Our experience ranges across the arts and heritage, ethical business, health, science, academic, public and NGO sectors where we have all held senior communications posts.

We know the pressures and pitfalls of building and running an effective communications function; so we shape our services to lift some of the burden from you – not add to it.

This means tailoring our approach to each client. You will have a project leader, who will be your every day contact and maintain an overview of all activity. Then, depending on your needs, we work exclusively with your in-house staff or pull together a project team that includes the specialist expertise of our associates.
